My project title: Isolation and characterisation of mutants in the mangrove killifish, Kryptolebias marmoratus.
The aim of my study is to isolate and characterise the phenotypes of genetic mutants that have defects in early embryonic development. I also intend to carry out genotypic analysis to identify mutated genes; the analyses will be multigenerational continuing into the 2nd and 3rd generation.
